This is something you will need to pay for separately to the provider who is selling these services, this does not get paid to us. We can arrange the set up for your domain and hosting for you, but you will not pay this to us directly.
Domain (Monthly or Yearly cost usually between £1-10 on average)
A website domain is like your website's address on the internet. Just as you need an address to find a house, a domain helps people find your website. There are costs involved because you need to register the domain name and keep it renewed every year. This helps ensure that your website remains accessible and that no one else can use your chosen name. You can buy domains on the internet for very cheap, on a monthly, or yearly basis. We can help set this up for you if you do not have a domain yet. Or if you already have one, we can transfer this over to your new website for you as long as you know the login credentials to the website you bought your domain from so we can change your DNS settings.
Hosting Licence (Monthly or Yearly cost usually between £9-25 on average)
A hosting license (more commonly called web hosting) is basically a service you pay for so your website can be online and accessible to others on the internet. Our website design platform has integrated hosting meaning that you do not need to search for external hosting companies. We will sort this all our for you and clearly include the costs involved in this on your quotation. You can either pay monthly or yearly for this licence.

After our consultation, we will send you a Google Sheets Product List template to fill out with all relevant product data, including item codes, descriptions, pricing, and shipping information. Once we receive the completed template, we can start adding the items to the website before the design phase begins. Additionally, you'll need to provide us with images for each product, ensuring each image is labeled with the item number only. This helps us match images to their corresponding descriptions and prices. If you prefer to add the products yourself before we begin the design, that's perfectly fine. Just let us know, and we can provide training on the website's backend so you can input your products. Once all products are added and we have the necessary shipping and store policy information, we can proceed with creating your website.

How do I make payment?Once you receive your invoice and are happy with the cost, you need to pay the invoice amount via Bank Transfer to us.

What files will I receive upon completion?It all depends on what service you choose as different services will output different file types. But usually you will receive a PDF file, or a Print Ready PDF file if you are having this printed. You are more then welcome to ask for digital files too, we will send these over to you upon request.

How do I book a design service in with you?Simply chat with us via email, and discuss with us your brief and what work you need doing. Once we understand your needs and requirements we will send you an invoice over via email to be paid asap. As soon as this invoice is paid, this job will be booked in with us.

I am not great at putting a brief together, can you help?Yes of course! Once you send over your enquiry, one of the team will contact you to find out more about your project. We will then create a job brief out of the information we have gathered.

I do not have any content or copy for my design, can you help?Yes we can help, we can write copy for you if you are struggling to write this up yourself.

Do you use artificial intelligence for your designs?No we don't, everything is made from scratch.

Do you provide payment plans?No, all payments for our services are to be made upfront before the service begins.

How many revisions am I allowed?Unlimited amount of revisions, we design until you are completely happy with your job.

What do you need from me to get started?A clear and detailed brief for the work you would like us to carry out. Brief, payment and a deadline is all that we need, leave us to do the rest.

Will I own the rights to my design once it's completed?As soon as the payment has been made to us, you will then fully own the rights to all the design files and elements within the design. We will always have a copy on file, but you will own the design. If you have not yet paid us, then we will own the design until we have received payment.

Do you provide printing services for my designs?Yes we can print anything, at any size. We have a Print Management platform where we are partnered with a few carefully handpicked print suppliers. We can get these sorted for you no problem.
